The boundaries of the Hungarian steppe region that have been declared a national nature reserve and thanks to the donations made by peasants from the Gyula area, this farm museum was founded. This land is under the protection of the environment and attracts nature lovers because of its environment full of plants and birds. The nearly 2,000 exhibits in the museum's collection present the culture, customs, agriculture and life of peasants' in this wilderness. The organizer offers various programs throughout the day such as horseback riding, carriage rides, viewing of horses and foals, horse breeding and racing, oxen and buffaloes, sheep and domestic and farm animals - and even more! And here, you also have the opportunity to stay overnight.
