Gyula is a wonderful small town in Békés county. The recently renovated downtown is full of fountains and seating. The city center is an 8-10 minute walk from us, I recommend it to anyone looking for history, beauty, tranquility and relaxation.
Located in the resort area of the city, it is possible to comfortably accommodate 2-6 people (plus 2 rooms with extra beds for children). Our property for rent in a quiet residential area has 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. One part has two rooms for 4 people (here it can have 1-1 extra beds), the other part has one room for 2 people.
The apartment will provide you with air conditioning, cable TV and free WiFi. Both apartments and the filagoria have a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator and a microwave. Both apartments have a private bathroom.
There is also a large 40 m2 terrace and a cozy filagoria in the closed, landscaped courtyard, where you can have a chat or a barbecue in addition to friends or family. Board games, badminton rackets and badminton balls await guests who like to play.
Free parking is available in the yard.
The city center is a few minutes walk away, close to the deservedly famous Gyula Castle Bath and Aqua Palace, the waterfront within walking distance, the Gyula Castle, the Snail Garden, the Almásy Castle, the famous Centennial and Small Craft Confectionery, restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars.
There are many excursion possibilities in the area (Almásy Castle in Gyulavári, Wenckheim Castle in Szabadkígyós, Arboretum and Bolza Castle in Szarvas, Vásárhelyi-Bréda Castle in Lőkösháza, Póstelek Leisure Park and Wenckheim Castle, Fehér- és Fekete Körös beaches - Sanazug and City Forest). It is also possible to go on a boat trip in Szarvas and Szanazug.
Buffet breakfast or half board can be requested at the nearby AQUA Hotel.
