The two-story apartment building consists of 5 residential units and was built in 2021, located in the bathing area of Gyula just 300 meters from the spa. The Almássy Castle, Gyula Castle, and the spa are a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available free of charge on the street and in the closed courtyard for multiple cars.
The garden in the courtyard is under development and there are two charging stations available for electric cars.
The building can be approached through two entrances: one from the parking lot side, and the other from the courtyard accessible from the street front. At the entrance from the street front lockable wardrobes with numbers and individual keys are provided for each residential unit. The bedrooms open from the hallway, each with its own bathroom, two of which have a shower cabin and three have a built-in shower.
Ground floor:
Apartment 1: a bedroom with one double bed for two guests,
First floor:
Apartment 3: equipped and furnished similarly to Apartment 1 for two guests,
Apartment 4: provides accommodation with two single beds for two guests,
Apartments 5 and 6: each have one double bed and one separate bed accommodating 3 guests each, for a total of 6 guests. These apartments are mirror images of each other, with the same equipment and furnishings. On this floor there are also two terraces with the larger one accessible only to guests of Apartments 5 and 6.
On the ground floor there is a separate toilet accessible from the hallway which all guests can use. Next to it is a Finnish sauna for 6 people. At the end of the hallway a terrace overlooking the parking lot has been created with garden tables and chairs. Retractable awnings provide shade. Upon entering the terrace, guests are welcomed by a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining tables, chairs, and bar stools.
The materials, equipment, and furnishings used in the accommodation represent a high standard. Each room is decorated with various ornaments that contribute to creating a comfortable atmosphere for guests.
